Telene® is a low viscosity liquid which is processed using RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) equipment with a self-cleaning mixing head
Telene® is injected into a closed mold at low pressure and temperature (mold: 60 / 80 °C, components: 20 / 35 °C)
Because of low internal mold pressure compared to injection molding, the start-up investment for mold (usually aluminium) remains limited and other production equipment can be minimized
Usual cycle times from 4 to 6 minutes
Telene® is self-demolding without any need for release agents
