NITROGEN

A nitrogen blanket is needed to avoid contamination or destruction of the catalytic system. Exposure to oxygen, air and moisture, even at trace-levels, must be avoided. High-purity nitrogen is required in the drums or containers and the daytanks. Flushing the mold cavity with nitrogen before injection is not necessary (except for very large parts >100 kg).
